How To Place International Order?

 

● Select the items from our website and add them to your cart.

● Screenshot your cart and share it with us at schve.co or email us at shve.co.care@gmail.com .

● We will confirm the availability of your selected items and proceed with the order.

● Provide us with your full address and a valid contact number.

● We will calculate the total order amount + shipping cost and share it with you.

● After receiving order and payment confirmation from you, we will share images of each item before packing for customer satisfaction.

● Your order will be dispatched with Indiapost or your chosen courier service.( DHL )

 

 

International Order FAQs

 

• International shipping charges are based on the Country, Weight and Courier Service chosen by the customer. 

• Orders are usually shipped via India Post, with an estimated delivery period of 4-6 weeks from dispatch.

• For express delivery through private courier  services like DHL , please contact us via email at schve.co.care@gmail.com or message us on Instagram @schve.co .

• Recipients/customer are advised to collect parcels from the nearest post office within the delivery period ( 4-6 weeks ) as couriers may not always provide doorstep delivery. 

• Recipients/customer may be subject to customs charges based on country laws and the charges for which will have to be borne by the customer.

 

 

International Order Returns/ Refund,  Exchange or Cancellations?
