Our shipping time is usually 3-7 business days but may vary depending on the pincode/location.

 

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT? IS COD AVAILABLE? 

We don't have COD payment option available as of now. We accept all modes of online payment on our website

SHIPPING CHARGES?

We charge some amount to ship your order usually it is Rs.80/-  & provide free shipping on orders above ₹799/- .

 

CANCELLATION?

At Schvé , we strive to deliver the highest quality products to our customers. Therefore, once an order is placed and shipped, we do not accept cancellations. We put immense effort and hard work into each order to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE?

Refund Policy: We have a strict no refund policy. However, we understand that accidents happen, and if a product arrives damaged, we will provide an exchange. To proceed with the exchange, customers must provide an unboxing/unpacking video as proof of the damaged item. The request for exchange should be made on the same day of delivery.

Return Policy: We do not accept returns. In the rare event that a product is damaged, we encourage customers to follow the exchange policy mentioned below.

Exchange Policy: For exchanges, we require customers to submit an unboxing/unpacking video as proof of the damaged product. This request should be made within the same day of the delivery.

Once the exchange request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse shipment to pick up the damaged product from the buyer. The product must be properly packaged with all the contents (box, pouch, etc.) as provided during the original delivery. Once we receive the damaged product, we will credit the customer with super coins of the same amount as the exchanged product. This credit can be used by the buyer to order a replacement product in exchange for the damaged/exchanged one.

Note: Please note that exchange requests will only be entertained if they are raised on the delivery date and accompanied by an uncut unboxing video as proof. This policy is in place to prevent any lapse of the exchange period without the necessary evidence.
